SHIPPING RATES
We use Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia and internationally and includes tracking.

Australia-wide:

$10 flat rate for standard shipping.

Free standard shipping for orders over $100.

Express $15 (up to 500g) $20 (up to 1kg)

North America (standard) up to 500g:

USA $10

Canada $15

International (standard) up to 500g:

New Zealand $16

Asia/Pacific $30

UK/Europe $35

Rest of the world $50

All items are shipped from southern Queensland.

Australia: 1-3 days Express, 3-10 days Standard.

USA / Canada: 3-10 days Express / 10-21 days Standard.

UK / Europe: 3-14 days Express / 14-21 days Standard.

Other International: 7-14 days Express / 14-21 days Standard.

RETURNS
You may be entitled to a refund or an exchange if the book arrives faulty or damaged within 30 days from it being delivered. Please notify us within 30 days from receipt of delivery if the book is faulty or arrived damaged. 

We’re unable to offer change of mind returns. This includes pre-orders. If you feel that for some reason the book was not what was described on this website please get in touch: info@ilovesomeonewithcancer.com.au

RETURN TO SENDER ITEMS
We take no responsibility for orders that have not been collected within the courier's required time frame or if an incorrect address has been provided. If an order has been returned to us due to the above reasons, there are two options:

1. We can refund the order cost, minus the original shipping fee and return to sender fee (this varies depending on location).

2. We can re-ship the order. The customer is responsible for paying the return to sender fee and a reshipment fee.

Once an order has been returned to us, we will contact the customer to arrange for reshipment or a refund. We will hold all domestic orders for 30 days and international orders for 60 days. If we have not been able to successfully contact the customer, we will automatically provide a refund (minus the original shipping fee and return to sender fee).

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
Shipments to certain countries & regions (mainly in Europe) may incur an importers tax fee collected by your local government customs, payable by the customer.

*PLEASE NOTE: Delivery times are estimates from when the parcel is dispatched and only accounts for business days. All orders are processed and sent as soon as possible as we know how important it is to receive your purchase promptly. These do not include delays outside our control.

POSTAGE
We dispatch our orders using Australia Post.

Please allow 3 business days for your parcel to be sent from purchase date.

Keep in mind postage times can vary depending on public holidays, weekends, location, natural disasters, customs investigations, Australia post investigations and other uncontrollable factors outside of our control.

TAXES AND DUTIES
Our postal charge does not include taxes and duties, which may be applied by customs in the country of delivery. All payments of taxes & duties are the responsibility of the customer and usually determined on the value of your order. Orders will not be refunded if taxes and duties are not paid and you choose to not pick up your order.

TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
Once your order has been packed and left our warehouse, you will be emailed a tracking number by Australia Post.

Please check you junk mail as some customers find this email is redirected to this folder.

NZ Orders can be tracked via https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking

US Orders can be tracked once arrived in the US via https://www.usps.com

For all other countries please refer to your local carriers.

Please take note that customs have the right to stop your parcel for a considerable amount of time, to conduct routine checks.

MISSING PARCELS
In the event that your parcel is held up or is lost, it may take up to three months to receive an answer from the Australia Post Investigation Team. Unfortunately, the Australia Post timeframes are uncontrollable and we will do our best to resolve the issue ASAP.

MISTAKES
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to your shipping address. Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Business addresses must include the business name.

If parcels are not collected or are required to be returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct.

If you do find you have entered incorrect shipping information please email us ASAP at info@ilovesomeonewithcancer.com.au and we will attempt to correct the mistake.
